The Golden Gear technician was available to come to my home, which is fairly close to their garage, to pick up my car, perform the smog service and bring the car back. No charge! This saved me a huge headache to get this smog service done promptly!

Altho the system didn’t capture my appointment time that I had made online, Golden Gear got me in earlier than the original time for the smog check. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful. They handled the paperwork with the online filing to DMV. Easy transaction!
