I've taken my vehicles to Golden Gear for a few years now and have never had a complaint. Alex is kind, efficient and honest. I never feel overcharged or surprised by a bill. This last time he told me that the actual cost for one routine maintenance job was far less than what he'd estimated before looking at the car and what I had agreed to pay. The work is always done quickly and explained to me as much or as little as I like. They are always fast and have kept me updated when parts have taken some extra time to arrive.
